Product Maintenance
The Annual Maintenance option helps to ensure your product is kept fully up to date and entitles you to receive;
- All major version upgrades over 12 months (example: v4.X, v5.X etc)
- All minor version updates over 12 months (example: vX.1, vX.2 etc)
- Bug fixes and patches
Notifications
Customers that hold an Annual Maintenance Contract will receive update emails with download instructions once new releases
have been made available. Notification will also be posted on our support forum.

Renewal
Towards the end of the 12 month period, registered maintenance subscribers will receive an invitation to renew their Annual
Maintenance. We provide a 30 day grace period for renewals, should you wish to renew after this time please contact support.
